This month I vlog about diaphragmatic breath. It is my desire to transition to making videos along with these entries. I have been working with Lakshmi for a few months now and she is guiding me to shine like never before! Videoing myself has been a major obstacle with my self esteem. In the vibration of this full moon in Leo, I am motivated to bounce out of my shell and share more videos!
